This paste concentrate consists of Cationic surfactants, Water Conditioners, Sterilizers, and Preservative. It dissolves in 15 minutes in cold water (+20° C) with vigorous agitation.  Once fully dissolved; Add a Fragrance (see Notes below) and/or Dye of Choice to produce a finished Fabric Softener liquid comparable with industry standards.
